- Develop and facilitate a youth-centered curriculum for community groups regarding topics such as navigating relationships, sexual health, current events, and gender-based violence through a harm reduction, sex-positive, and queer, trans, gender-nonconforming lens - Support LGBTQ+ youth between the ages of 13-24 with their personal and professional goals through case management - managing 8 to 10 cases at a time - Build and sustain relationships with community-based service providers, youth-serving agencies, community resources, and the organization's partnerships.
• Hire, train, and coach 40+ staff on customer service, cooking skills, and health and safety procedures • Consistently exceed monthly sales of $150,000+, achieve cost reduction in labor by improving training/procedures to more efficient operation systems • Help open 3 new locations within the span of 2 years • Develop a marketing plan to improve social media presences • Coordinate catering calendars, review and consult in staff schedules and organize product deliveries for all locations • Build relationships with representatives from all food delivery service platforms and vendors
