- Act as key liaison between APAC markets (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan) and Global HQ, ensuring alignment in brand communication and local execution for 4 brands: Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia and Motoguzzi - Together with team, deliver 3–6 tailored communication toolkits per year(90% for Vespa - our strongest and most iconic brand), adapting global strategy to local market insights while maintaining brand consistency. - Drive strategic planning and performance tracking across campaigns, using data to evaluate spending effectiveness and optimize communication ROI. - Oversee budget alignment vs. KPI metrics; advise local teams on optimization strategies for higher efficiency and measurable impact. - Lead and mentor a local team (6 members), providing coaching and growth plans to elevate team capability and regional collaboration.
