- Lead a team of business development with the aim of driving commercial growth for both the cluster and platform. - Ensure that overall targets for clusters are met through managing the performance of sub-teams. - Building a tool to track performance and forecasting KPI whole month for each member to plan timely.
- Build strong relationships with sellers, understand more about their business and their key success factors. - Analyzing and reporting performance daily to evaluate the seller's performance to make a plan for sellers to get traffic, drive revenue, and smooth operation. - Planning for each seller about initiatives for each month, quarterly, and reporting the effectiveness of it.
- Searching for Suppliers selling on SCJ for the FMCG category. - Sourcing products, research, analyze and evaluate the market/ competitors to identify customers's needs and products. - Negotiate with suppliers about the price, product qualification, and program promotion. - Responsible for ordering (PO) and follow-up to ensure sufficient supply for the program before launching. - Tracking inventories to ensure that goods are not in shortage and timely handle bad inventories. - Coordinate customer service department to handle product complaints. - Manage the FMCG category and be responsible for driving revenue & profit goals. - Make reports about the insight market and each program plan,the other task assigned.
