- Lead and coordinate coffee product development projects, including recipe creation, process trials, and industrialization ( Freeze-Dried Coffee, Pure Soluble Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, R&G coffee,..) - Successfully managed the industrialization and launch of new FD, PSC, and decaffeinated coffee recipes, optimizing process parameters for quality and efficiency. - Optimize green coffee sourcing and recipe simplification to improve quality, reduce costs, and streamline operations. - Manage and review technical documentation, project timelines, and trial protocols for new and renovated coffee products. - Collaborate with global and local teams to align on product standards, reference samples, and sensory evaluation protocols. - Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in coffee process. - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the product development.
