- Oversees the establishing and maintaining of close relations with employers and external organizations thus promoting the image of the college as one of the leading universities for entrepreneurs and marketing experts in Bulgaria. - Supports the students in their professional development and career orientation. - Develops and participates in the implementation of concepts and action plans to connect the students with potential employers. - Participates proactively in attracting managers and leaders to make presentations and teach master classes as well as to engage in the college forums. - Organizes surveys of scientific and social significance among employers, the results of which shares as reports and presentations at the college aiming to create new and enhance existing relations between the students and the business e.g. the national triennial project Employers 500. - Identifies successful college alumni and brings them in as speakers to share their inspiring stories. - Program Manager of specialized educational panels such as Management 2030 and Marketing 2030. - Presents lectures and coordinates HR Management and Employer Branding projects. - Develops and participates in new educational programs as well as in the update of the current college curriculum. - Contributes with articles, reports and/or memorandums to the annual college editions. - Participates in and presents the college at conferences, forums and business events. - Participates in and presents the college at scientific juries in universities and other assessment panels of social significance. - Manages long-term special projects such as BG Top Employer Brands, Top 200 of the biggest companies by turnover in Bulgaria and Top 200 of the biggest companies by turnover in Bulgaria managed by women.
