Provide excellent customer service, remote support, and desktop support. Duties involved troubleshooting computer hardware and software related issues. Triaging tickets regarding further complex issues to second and third level teams.
Worked with our field specialist to resolve technical issues over the phone, working with development staff testing new enhancements, and providing input to the mobile hardware depot. Processed printers and iPhones as well as supporting these devices. Provided technical documentation and ticket triage in ServiceNow ticketing system. Other duties involved providing weekly inventory reports of assets/units deployed. 2 month contract position based on need.
