The role of the Hosting SME at Macquarie Telecom is to support and enable sales in all hosting and cloud computing matters in order to grow the business and improve customer experience. In this primarily customer facing role I also analyze the market and customer needs, provide feedback to the product team and influence the hosting and cloud strategy of Australia's leading hosting company for business critical infrastructures.
