Creating and managing corporate software portfolio/responsible Division reports Performing IT Cost Management and create hardware/software/network consuming reports to consumer Division’s Ensuring the creation, management and updating of the corporate IT architecture according to the developing business and technologies and managing its use within the organization
Operating software asset management systems, including integration with other critical systems (discovery tools, systems management systems, configuration management systems, contract systems, etc.) Measuring the consumption of software licenses. Creating processes, procedures and lifecycle to ensure a compliant and cost effective use of Tier 1 Vendor software licenses such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, Vmware. Support the IT Procurement during the process of software negotiations/renewals such as IBM ELA, Microsoft SA and Trueup, Oracle ULA, VMware ELA, Adobe, Autocad. Etc. Promoting strategy, presenting to stakeholders and senior management, and executing a plan of action for compliance sensitive scenarios. Leading software audits. Providing software data for defense during software compliance audits
Performing IT budget variance analysis in terms of actual/forecast/previous year comparison Negotiating on the scope of commercial, technical, and legal terms like cost/ payment/ delivery/warranty/service agreements, Yearly renewal of maintenance management and controlling validity and unit price agreements.
