• Directly report to CEO • Responsible for the Işıksan Facilities (Işıksan&AGS) • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the QHSE Management System in accordance with ISO9001, 14001, 30000, 45001 and HKC requirements, • Establishing communication with relevant institutions and organizations (eg. Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Environment, EU Commission etc...) • Supervise and conduct workplace inspections to detect existing or potential accident, health, safety, environmental or quality hazards. Analyse results of internal and external audits and take appropriate actions to resolve any potential issues, • Partner with the Senior Management team and safety professionals to establish consistent, best-practices in the HSEQ environment, • Leading the Health and Safety Department to create safe working environment, • Leading the Environment Department to prevent the environmental incidents and be prepared to respond the emergencies, • Identify department based document requirements, commence revisions and approvals. define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff, • Implying and monitoring organization’s policy, procedures, instructions. review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them, • Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements, • Organizing and carrying out root cause analysis after an accident, incident and a serious near miss, • Ensuring compliance to facility Green Ship Recycling, Quality, HSE Policies, Standards and other requirements, • Represent the employer in all customer and service delivery matters with respect to HSEQ • Capacity analysis of QHSE departments and accordingly personnel, equipment, building, etc. determination of needs, making personnel and equipment procurement plans and creating operation and investment budgets; • Manage and coordinate HSEQ teams. (1 Manager, 9WCs, 6BCs)

• Direct report to HSE Manager and functionally report to the Global HSE Director • Reporting KPI, accidents, near misses to global management • Applying the requirements of ISO 14001 Environment Management System policy, • Applying the requirements of M2S (Maxion Management System) • Legislation and Global requirements to the carry out requirements of it • Following the changes at the Turkish Occupational Health, Safety and Environment • Carrying out health, safety and environment risk analysis at all stations and reviewing them at appropriate times • Following local projects, requirements and leading to these projects • Organizing and carrying out monthly health and safety inspections with each level. (Tier Audit) • Planning and controlling management’s health and safety audits • Determining training needs, by using results of internal inspections and risk analysis • Giving orientation training about health, safety and environment topics to new personnel • Giving periodical basic health, safety and environment trainings to all personnel • Controlling contractor personnel in terms of health, safety and environment • Recording accidents and near-misses and to take corrective/preventive actions, • Carrying out monthly Safety Walk and Safety Talk with Management Team. • Organizing HSE Leader Program (HSE Culture Program) • Organizing and carrying out root cause analysis after an accident, incident and a serious near miss. • Controlling hazardous wastes and documentation. • Establishing budgets for the HSE • Organizing safety and environment week events. • Coordinate HSE support teams. • Direct report to HSE Manager, • Ensure Unilever Sustainable Living Plan (Health and hygen, sources, nutrition, waste and packaging etc.) • Applying the requirements of ISO45001 and ISO 14001 health, safety and environment management system policy • Carrying out health, safety and environment (Aspect-impact analysis) risk analysis at all stations and reviewing them at appropriate times • Following local projects, requirements and leading to these projects • Carrying out monthly health and safety inspections.(WCM SMAT-EMAT Audit) • Planning and controlling management’s health and safety audits • Determining training needs, by using results of internal inspections and risk analysis • Giving orientation training about health, safety and environment topics to new personnel • Giving periodical basic health and safety trainings to all personnel • Controlling contractor personnel in terms of health, safety and environment • Coordinate safety support team and 3rd. party safety expert • Recording accidents and near-misses and to take corrective/preventive actions • Carrying out root cause analysis after an accident, incident and a serious near miss • Reporting KPI, accidents, near misses to global management • Following the changes at the Turkish Occupational Health and Safety and Environment Legislation and to carry out requirements of it • Controlling hazardous wastes and documentation • Organizing safety and environment week events • Coordinate safety support teams.
