- Enlargement of pre-sales activities to all business units (Public, Defense, Telco, Enterprise, International) - Organizing and Leading Opportunity Qualification with sales units, Joining Strategy and Approval Meetings; Joining the Bid / No Bid Decision Meetings with related Groups and Upper Management - To follow the target and performance values of the team and the segment, - Leading the team to achieve the assigned department goals, - To follow the actions by transferring the requests from the customers to the product and business development teams. - To make the necessary reports on the performance of the segment on a regular basis.
