Working on-site at DCV phase to produce vehicles and support design verification test. Providing detail informations to CAD Engineers for desired design changes. Tracking AIMS and DURIS system to contained all issues coming from both production process and tests. Find Interim Containment Action (ICA) & Permanent Continment Action (PCA) to support DCV phase and launch. Creating schedule to support build phase, achieving cost & regulations & homologations. Responsible for communications between suppliers and internal departments within company to ensure feasible parts on time to support build phase. Leading cross-functional issue resolution. Develop Test timing and Test Validation plans. Go over measurement reports and investigate all parts at the field to support launch with high quality and design intend parts as expected
Achievements/Tasks -Determining the most suitable cold forming type and process parameters according to the material and the desired geometry of the final parts. -Designing preforms and tooling parts which are accordance with the forming type.
