- Taking part in "Kick Off" meetings for new positions with recruiters and hiring managers in order to provide an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience - Understanding the open positions and the needs of the hiring manager to ensure the best possible coordination with candidates - Participating in HR interviews with recruiters and candidates - Keeping the hiring manager updated about candidate's journey and status of the pipelines - Driving the training programme for new engineers interviewers and cultural ambassadors, with hands-on and operational support - Creating new interviews processes and rolling-out company-wide - Member of the Taxfix Diversity Guild, co-owning events such: Pride Month, Women in TECH, Diversity Guild
- Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones and acting as the main point of contact for candidates and keeping them informed throughout different stages of the interview process - Touchpoint of communication between stakeholders, recruiters and hiring managers - Contribution to various process improvement projects - Onboarding of new CES colleagues - Collaborating with talent acquisition partners on their daily task (CVs and candidates screening, creating interview panels, searchathon, sourcing party) - Aligning with hiring teams in order to understand the technical requirements to provide best results for both, candidates and hiring teams
- Handling complaints from SumUp merchants. - Liaising with various departments within the company. - Working with SumUp Lawyers on GDPR and data protection cases. - Creating procedures for developing internal company processes.
- Logistics specialist. Touch point between merchant, support and logistics department. - Dealing with difficult cases that involved security, verification procedure, accounting. - Taking escalations from junior agents. - Mentoring new team joiners.
- Assisting merchants over the phone and responding to queries by email in Slovak, Czech, German, English and Italian.
