Plannings and control, technical support , work with close cooperation with subcontractors, regular site visits and inspections, contacts with Clients. IT satellite systems, packaged equipment,, HVAC systems,Fire protection systems, pressure vessels and rotating equipment, vessel construction welding works.
General Management planning and Technical support on Projects. Working closely with the Project Managers and engineering/installation teams to assist with install, planning and design. Regular site visits to assist with sub-contractors and clients, assisting with Commissioning stage of the Projects.
Commissioning activities on OI Substation , Wind Farm , North sea German sector Work in cooperation of Installation Supervisor and Project Management team. Commissioning activities on Wind Farm Foundations in close cooperation with CTV crews, Offshore Crew Coordinator, Project Managers. Job tasks: assuring that all systems and components of Substation are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the Client. Work with documentation. PTW system, Risk Assessments, HSE. Installation Work on onshore Wind farms Europe.
On shore Wind Park Projects Germany,Lithuania, Sweden. 2,5-3MWt, hub high 75-139 m. Work on site/office at different locations in cooperation with GE colleagues, subcontractors, HSE Manager,Crane and Logistic Companies. Daily site monitoring of installation progress up to commissioning starts, Spare parts and components control on site, Installation inspections,POD and Safety meetings with site teams,work scope planning and coordination,project document control procedures.
Work on Projects of New built Offshore vessels at STX (VARD)shipyards. Technical support on project. Working closely with the projects and engineering team to assist with install, planning and design. Regular site visits to assist with sub-contractor and engineers, assisting with commissioning of the equipment.(Rotating equipment e g pumps, GT driven compressor packages, Packaged equipment ,Thrusters, Fire protection systems, HVAC systems, piping and pressure vessels, Welding, Hydraulic equipment and etc.) Stena Line Ro-Pax modernization projects- piping/heatind systems.
All vessels DNV+1A1 class. Grand banks, Greenland, North Atlantic, Barents Sea areas. Main engines up to 3500kWt, Responsibilities: routine watch keeping, maintenance and repairs all vessels machinery/factory/deck equipment and systems, fuel operations ,stress/emergency situation control, drills ,paperwork (spare parts orders ,repair planning, reports, cooperation with shipyards, docking operations and etc.)
