- Audit of group reporting packages, statutory financial statements and special purpose audits (Siepa contracts) Duties and responsibilities: - Audited financial reporting for subsidiaries of international companies in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP - Completed statutory audit work for companies, banks and insurance companies in Serbia; - Assessment of the effectiveness of ICFR, as well as evaluation and recommendation on internal controls; - Communication with clients, execution, findings and recommendations; - Preparing audit reports and supervision and development of junior staff and review of working papers of junior staff; -Review and recommendation to management reports and financial statements under IFRS, IAS and local GAAP; - Audit and recommendations on compliance with local regulations / internal procedures; - Team leader/member on audit engagements, in charge for project management, monitoring project progress and budget alignment - Providing coaching to team members, reporting to managers on project activities and preparation of deliverables.
- Cost calculation and inventory valuation. - Inventory stock-count, production process narrative and walkthrough - Control design and test of controls - Internal controls assessment and providing recommendation for improvements in control environment and internal financial standards. - Ensure that the financial records are accurate and every expenses are properly documented - Cost control and optimization, cost center properly defined and accurately allocated account - Review of the budget and forecast process in timely and accurate manner and ensure compliance with budgetary control processes (payroll and temporary costs, overhead, procurement…) Major Clients in audit: Fiat Automobili Srbija d.o.o.
