Responsible for leading with vision and mission, developing and implementing strategies to achieve company brand and business goals. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, lead a team across various commercial functions to drive excellence in execution through cross-functional alignment and the implementation of integrated distribution, marketing, and merchandising strategies. Full P&L accountability and partner with finance to optimize cash flow, balance sheets, and inventory management. Work with HR to develop talent, nurture NB culture, values, and beliefs in the workplace, and build an organization to support business growth. Partner with IT as stakeholder for digital transformation projects in the market.
Develop and implement DTC strategies for the APAC and Greater China regions. Oversee six retail functions: retail merchandising, store development, visual merchandising, store operations, retail training, and eCommerce. Create playbooks and supervise their execution in various markets to enhance retail brand presentation, consumer engagement, and sales performance. Collaborate closely with distributors and stakeholders in subsidiary markets to provide feedback to the global head office for new store concept development and influence the creation of global retail strategies to support business growth in the region.
Manage Hong Kong subsidiary with full P&L responsibility. Oversee the daily operations of all owned retail stores and a 6,000 sqft SPA. Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
Manage owned retail store business and retail operations in China with full P&L responsibility. Crafting and delivering elevated consumer retail experiences for all franchised stores.
