• Handle and monitor translation projects • Handle project handover • Prepare job folders and files for translation • Analyze files using translation memory tools • Carry out linguistic/non-linguistic final eyes to ensure the final product meets clients’ needs • Cooperate with Engineering team, DTP and linguists • Project planning and implementing best methodology and process • Production of project schedules • Financial monitoring and control of projects through budgets, invoicing and change orders • Maintenance and updating of invoicing tables, ensuring timely and final invoicing • Attend conference calls with clients and team members • Risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential issue
• Look for corresponding linguists in the database • Negotiate with freelance translators and proofreaders • Prepare job folders and files for translation • Issue Purchase orders for linguists • Ensure deadlines are met with the linguists according to projects • Potentially carry out linguistic/non-linguistic final eyes to ensure the final product meets clients’ need
