I lead a skilled team and manage all sea freight export operations, handling FCL and LCL shipments across a wide range of goods – from food products to chemicals, including oversize cargo as well as temperature-controlled shipments. I am responsible for departmental budget planning and resource allocation, ensuring efficient, reliable, and timely global supply chains, while continuously optimizing processes and driving team performance to deliver seamless export logistics solutions worldwide.

Regional Competence Center for Dangerous Goods and ESQ Management (APAC Region) • Provide consultation and support in all aspects of Dangerous Goods and ESQ management within the Leschaco Organization – focused but not limited to Asia • Define and execute Dangerous Goods training for employees/customers • Define and execute ESQ training for employees • Implementation and observation of internal audits • Manage and lead of all relevant ISO audits within the APAC region and accompany of our external auditors • Implementation, support and consultant of Compliance aspects with importance for the global Group of Companies (Compliance monitoring of global embargo lists, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy of the group)
