Organizing and creating events' description on CampusLabs Analyzing tickets data from Eventbrite and managing email lists on MailChimp
Responsible for multiple visual productions, content creating and social networking for the Green Center of Performing Arts at DePauw University. Participated in several theatre productions as a Publicity, Photographer and Content Creator for DePauw Theatre.
- Assist visitors & artists through the gallery's exhibitions - Host tour in the gallery - Assist with curating artworks and re-organize art spaces
- Created a new drink for the artspace called "lemlatte" (lemonade latte) - Assisted in customer service and customer behavior research
Working with other on-campus clubs and organizations for potential collaborations in events. Managing other people in the organization with specific tasks for each VSA's event. Resolving internal problems within VSA's working environment. Responsible for organizing VSA's events (finding location, seeking attendance, etc.) Connect with DePauw's faculties and alumnis to seek for support to VSA's events. Organizing events that attracts more than 2000 people to attend in total, with an annual event called Phostival attracts 300 people.
Design and photograph for VSA's social media accounts (Instagram, Tiktok) Responsible for all visual production of VSA (graphic design, recap photos, videos, banner design, etc.) Promoting VSA's events through social media contents, poster distribution (offline promotion) and word-of-mouth effect.
