As an administrative assistant, I strive to go above and beyond to assist customers as best I can so they start off with an exceptional experience. I ensure that all phone calls are transferred to the appropriate people. Other duties include updating the daily cashboards, handling large sums of cash and ensuring they are safe, fixing and stocking in inventories, and overseeing many other functions that take place at the dealership.
Our main focus was to ensure customers left happy and satisfied. Second focus was to up-sale items as much as possible to increase profit margin. Duties include cash outs and leaving our sections in a clean and polished environment for the next day.
