An experienced Mechanical Engineer, with over 20 years international professional experience in Project & Engineering Management, Engineering Design, and Construction & Commissioning Support of HVAC and Mechanical equipment, packages and systems. Experience across Civil and Oil & Gas industry, encompassing both offshore and onshore facilities. University Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Expert and qualified to execute HVAC and Building Services Design, prepare basis of design, specifications, data sheets, HVAC / Mechanical drawings (flow diagrams, duct and instrument diagram, installation details), cost estimate and bid documents for HVAC systems and Mechanical packages in general, prepare technical clarifications to bidders, technical bid evaluations and recommendations. Extensive hands-on experience in field engineering, providing technical support to site teams during construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. Fully conversant with: ASHRAE, CIBSE, SMACNA, IEC, ASME, EN.ISO standards and main mechanical and buildings international codes (IMC, IBC, IRC, IPC). NFPA standards and international fire code (IFC). GOST, SNiP, VSN, VNTP and main Russian and Kazakh regulations. Knowledge of instruments and control logic.
