Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands
Experienced manufacturing and process professional with a strong multidisciplinary background across high-tech and medical device industries. Over the past decade, I’ve supported production, R&D, and quality teams in designing, improving, and scaling processes that bridge innovation and manufacturability. I’m particularly skilled in process improvement, cleanroom operations, packaging development, and supplier sourcing, combining hands-on technical expertise with a structured and analytical approach to workflow optimization. My experience as a team leader and project coordinator has strengthened my ability to train and support colleagues, drive cross-department communication, and implement process changes that deliver measurable results. I’m motivated by continuous learning, teamwork, and building systems that make production more efficient, reliable, and compliant. Currently based in Eindhoven, I’m open to opportunities in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Improvement, or Technical Operations Leadership within the high-tech or medical device sector.
