With over all years of my experience as a Sr SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, I help global organizations enhance their human capital management processes and systems using the leading cloud-based platform. I currently work at McKinsey & Company, where I leverage my three SAP certifications in Employee Central, Compensation, and Performance and Goal Management to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the diverse and complex needs of clients across industries. In my previous roles, I have implemented and configured SAP SuccessFactors modules for Employee Central, compensation and performance management, enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and retention. I also completed multiple data conversion projects, migrating HR data from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams and applying my HRIS and analytical skills to create value for clients and stakeholders.
