Gold medalist with first rank in both his Master's and Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Gained experience in Industry and academia and conducted projects from places of strategic importance like the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), BPCL-Cochin Refineries, Steel Industries Ltd., and SIMTEC Singapore. Published his research output in various highly reputed international journals and has nearly 1000 citations since 2021. An advisory committee to the university leadership. The committee comprises representatives from the various constituencies — faculty, staff, students (undergraduate and graduate), postdoctoral associates, researchers, and contract staff. The committee facilitates the flow of pertinent information and collaboration amongst them, and can refer matters to the respective councils and university committees accordingly. The committee meets twice a semester with the leadership and without on an as-needed basis.
