Curious by heart, I am eager to learn new things. My interest in meeting and interacting with new people, motivated me to pursue my Masters in Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources. To feed my interest in finance and accounting, I completed my Bachelors in Commerce. I feel that my current skills would be driving me to excel in my Masters and in turn, build a professional career in verticals related to Human Resources. As a part of my MBA curriculum I completed my internship with eClerx Services Limited as an HR Intern - Talent Acquisition. I hired for the position of financial analyst for the finance vertical and during my time at eClerx, I learned various ways of hiring people l, conducted walkin drives for the candidates, coordination with both managers and candidates for the interviews and getting feedback from the managers. I was previously associated with Frontizo Business Services Private Limited, based out of Panchkula, as an Recruitment Coordinator. My main role was coordinating and sourcing for the lateral hiring for the senior leadership roles. My daily tasks included scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, conducting drives, following up with the panelists for the feedbacks of the interviews conducted.
Successfully coordinated the hiring of senior leadership roles and fulfilling the business requirements on time using various methods such as walk in drives or using sites such as Naukri, LinkedIn and many more.
I was hiring for the role of financial analyst for the finance vertical where in I was looking for candidates who skills into finance and investment banking.
