In this role, I designed and owned analytics-ready transformed datasets in the internal data lake, processing 30B+ records daily and partnering closely with pipeline, cloud, and analytics teams to deliver scalable data models. I led schema design, data modeling, and data quality validation across Trino, Iceberg, and BigQuery, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and SLA adherence at scale. In this role, I led analytical initiatives focused on forecasting and early risk detection, including time-series models to predict customer support demand and a regression-based approach to identify cancellation request rate as a leading indicator of churn and revenue risk across key segments. In this role, I worked closely with product and engineering teams to analyze the end-to-end cancellation journey, balancing low-friction self-service with retention opportunities and uncovering actionable insights on user behavior. I supported product launches and experimentation through A/B test analysis and performance readouts, helping teams make data-informed decisions. I also evaluated the revenue impact of coupon programs and led a cost-benefit analysis comparing an LLM-based intelligent automation chatbot with a third-party solution, identifying potential annual savings of $338K.
