I'm passionate about building high-performing teams that create impactful, user-centric products. At ING, I serve as the Global Product Manager for Private Cloud, where I lead the design, scaling, and governance of our internal cloud platform used by thousands of engineers across the globe. My focus lies at the intersection of product strategy, team development, and platform reliability. I thrive in scaling complex infrastructure products, aligning cross-functional teams, and building a strong product culture within engineering-driven environments. I believe in empowering teams through clarity, ownership, and a shared sense of purpose. I’ve worked with globally distributed teams across the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and India. Moved from Developer to part of Customer Success team. It was quite an interesting stint, travelled to clients in multiple countries in 3 years mostly across EMEA. Got recognised by CEO (Ginni Rometty at the time ) of IBM as well for ABN AMRO Netherlands implementation.
Right out of University, HarVa bought my process automation software in lieu of equity. Got a chance to create a Tech team from scratch and did full Business Development Cycle to bring more Tech business in the company. I still had my Developer roots within me so I was indeed part of the Development Team when I was not explaining our products to clients. We did mostly ERP systems initially and moved into Software Testing Automation. HarVa, originally started as a rural BPO, quite an innovative company who wants to work at the grass root level.
