Responsible for managing and leading the team to design and develop system solution. Work closely with Apple business teams across regions, as well as external payments partners and other 3rd parties. Much of this interaction is with regional and global teams in other locations and other time zones.
Under the initiative "Zephyr", we were working to achieve the fit for growth organizational environment with the help of SAP S/4HANA.
SAP certified SD OTC consultant for Honeywell ACS, responsible for 1. SAP deployment and support 2. Managing and coordinating with a big team, setting up the end user expectations 3. Also, directly involved in requirement gathering, business approvals, Functional Spec documentation and working closely with Technical (like ABAP & XI) team 4. Customer facing and business transformation Expert and experience in areas like, complete OTC scenarios, EDI interface/setups, interfaces with different modules (MM, FI, Logistics, Mfg), Pricing, outputs etc.
