I'm a Product Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing and developing digital products from the ground up. At OFX, as a Senior Product Manager, I am responsible for the digital experience across both the OFX Website and the Mobile App. My key achievement has been launching the new OFX app that led to a significant increase in key customer engagement metrics resulting in the team winning the 'Team of the Year' at the annual OFX awards. Before moving to Australia, I spent several years at Deutsche Telekom in Germany leading the development of multiple mobile payments and commerce products. One of my most exciting works was leading a cross-functional agile team to develop the flagship Mobile Payments product from scratch - the product generated enormous media buzz and was successfully launched in four countries across Europe. While I enjoy all aspects of building digital products, my favourite part is defining and launching the minimum viable product, gathering customer insights and refining the product to find the right balance between great UX, customer value, and business value.     I joined OFX as the Product Owner of the Mobile App and built a new version of the OFX App from the ground-up.     I joined Deutsche Telekom post-MBA and quickly ramped up to become Product Owner of the mobile wallet app and led an 8-member scrum team to develop the app from the ground up. Key challenges included a constantly evolving SIM-based NFC technology, changing market dynamics and pushing agile through a waterfall organisation. Successes included launches in four markets across Europe, showcasing Deutsche Telekom as a leading mobile payments player in Europe. I earned a promotion to a Senior Product Manager and led multiple scrum teams (both in-house and external) to develop further peer-to-peer payment and local commerce apps, both on iOS and Android. During my last two years, reporting to VP of Products, I worked extensively on transforming and relaunching the Mobile Wallet app through user testing and a data-driven approach – resulting in 30% increase in active users.
