Assist in tasks to clean, organize, and maintain smooth operations of fitness centers. Ensure the safety of fitness centers across campus by being First Aid and CPR certified.
Coordinate communication between student project team and EIA company Plan weekly meetings, develop agendas, and assign tasks for team of 30 students Organize leadership team for recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure deadlines are met across all subteams
Led the design and implementation of a solar powered water distribution system for 300 primary school students Facilitated collaboration and mentorship between professional engineers and 12 students from two different universities Connected and managed a team of 20 students and local staff to construct a 600 meter distribution system for over 8 weeks onsite Forged cross-cultural relationships between local community members and the student team
Led the WASH engineering subteam at the Cornell University Project Team of EIA Designed solar-powered water distribution systems using AutoCad for rural communities in Eswatini Collaborated with professional engineers to design and professionally present project work throughout the year
