In my current role within Harman Connected Services (a subsidiary of Wipro), I support global business operations by leading end-to-end commercial legal support for large enterprise engagements across multiple jurisdictions. • Responsible for end-to-end Contract Management, Commercial and Contract Compliance for ICT. Managing pre and post execution phase of Contract including IT Contracts Drafting, review, negotiations and renewals for Airport and Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure Contracts, EUC/Cloud Computing Contracts, Managed Printer Services, Network and Communications, Service Desk Services, Datacenter Services, Field Support Services, Telecom Agreements, Concessionaire and Retail Agreements etc. • Assessment of Strategic Vendors’ and Third-Party Vendors through stringent Vendor Performance mechanisms and review of SLAs. • Providing clarifications on Contract queries as well as on Legislative and Regulatory guidelines. • Managing IT Budget and Forecasting.
