At Snowflake ANZ, I operate at the intersection of executive engagement, technical strategy, and deal execution. I work with account teams and senior stakeholders to shape use cases, validate solutions, and guide organisations from experimentation to production and ongoing consumption. My experience spans engineering, architecture, and pre-sales leadership, including leading Solutions Architecture teams across ANZ. I’m particularly interested in building strong technical teams and creating the operating discipline required to consistently deliver technical wins in complex enterprise environments. Leading enterprise data and AI platform engagements across ANZ, working at the intersection of technical strategy, executive engagement, and complex deal execution. • Drive technical strategy for large-scale, multi-division customers, supporting enterprise agreements (e.g. $12M multi-year) and ongoing consumption growth • Act as technical lead across account teams, aligning solution engineers, specialists, and partners to deliver consistent technical wins • Partner closely with sales leadership to improve deal qualification, align architecture to business outcomes, and support forecast accuracy • Mentor solution engineers and partners on discovery, PoC/POV design, and executive storytelling • Design and operationalise frameworks for AI and analytics use cases, including success criteria, evaluation models, and production pathways • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and platform leaders, influencing long-term data and AI strategies • Develop reusable architectures, use case playbooks, and enablement assets to scale adoption across the region
Led the Solutions Architecture function across ANZ, managing a distributed team of architects and driving technical strategy for enterprise data platform engagements. • Managed and developed a team of 8 solution architects across Australia and New Zealand • Partnered with regional sales leadership to prioritise pipeline, allocate technical resources, and improve technical win execution • Established operating cadence for deal inspection, solution reviews, and PoC execution to improve consistency across engagements • Coached architects on discovery, executive engagement, and value-based positioning • Owned technical strategy for key enterprise deals, including a $6M public sector program (Department of Education & Training) • Built repeatable architecture patterns and enablement assets to scale team effectiveness across data integration and governance use cases
Led engineering efforts for the design and delivery of a secure, enterprise-scale data platform in a regulated banking environment. • Managed a team of engineers delivering a multi-cloud data platform on AWS, aligning architecture, delivery, and governance requirements • Set design direction and development standards across data pipelines, modelling, and platform components • Established reusable ELT patterns and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and consistency • Partnered with business and technology stakeholders to align platform capabilities with regulatory and operational requirements • Drove adoption of data governance and metadata practices across teams
