I have 6+ years proven experience as Project Manager in the med-tech and healthcare sectors with a background in biomedical engineering. Led cross-functional teams and managed complex turnkey projects with Elekta in the radiotherapy field and with Motek Medical in the rehabilitation sector. Currently focused on planning the installation of medical rehabilitation machines across EMEA, APAC, NA and China. Strong understanding of international standards for medical device regulations (ISO 13485 and ISO 14971), compliance requirements, SOP management, and quality improvement initiatives (including CAPAs).
Project management for advanced human movement research and rehabilitation solutions.
Phase 2/2 of the project: technical field support in the operating room (ophthalmology, cardiology, neurology, plastic surgery, orthopedic, general surgery), of a well known Lombardy Italian Hospital, working directly with the R&D Team, improving the efficiency of the Electronic Health Records: daily software services, troubleshooting and testing the functionality of the systems implemented, as well as providing support to Nurses, Doctors and other professionals, during the implementation.
Student Internship program on developing different cardiovascular prosthesis for patients with aortic arch aneurysm disease and using this prototypes for simulating pre-surgery cardiology tests: extracting the aortic arch morphology from the CT/MR images of patients, CAD modeling and FDM 3D Printing.
Internship program focused on the computational design of a vertebral prosthesis substitutes realized with a synthetic bone graft. Finite Element Analysis (FEA), computational simulation and validation in in-vitro experimental testing.

Budgeting, scheduling, and planning projects from Customer’s request to the administrative acceptance, in Italy, Greece and Israel, maintaining customer’s satisfaction and ensuring a smooth transition towards Elekta's services.
