I have been working in the media planning area since 2006. At the beginning of my career I was in charge of traditional media, developing a solid expertise in TV Radio and Print advertising planning. During my experience I had the chance to move to digital department improving my skills in managing web advertising levers and to assimilate digital planning and analytics techniques. During my career I progressively develop a strong holistic media approach in a different industries with a several years of managing account expertise.

My main tasks are: -Build communication strategy identifying off-line and digital media channels opportunites related to client business objectives. -Develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, engage with target audience and maximize leads and sales. -Evaluate and report on the reach and impact of media activities through regular media monitoring and measure performance of all media marketing campaigns, and results against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Monitor the competitive arena and media development in terms of market and consumption. - Utilize analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels along the purchase funnel. -Identify opportunities and interpret new technologies (and new way of consumption) along with consumer reaction. -Manage media budget activities according with the client business objectives. -Improve clients and media partners relationship. -Manage and directly supervise the day to day activities of the media team.
