My experience includes exposure to equities, derivatives, and complex global bespoke swap structures, along with advisory and strategic review across private opportunities, investors, operators, and family capital. Over the past decade I have spent significant time working with high-net-worth individuals and international investors, screening opportunities, evaluating risk, and participating in discussions around capital formation, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation. AEGIS Governance Platform — a governance framework designed to coordinate capital readiness, engineering alignment, regulatory structure, and power infrastructure planning across complex development opportunities, particularly in data centers, AI infrastructure, and power-intensive projects. My current focus is on the next phase of global infrastructure growth, where stronger upstream governance layers are increasingly required to connect capital, development readiness, power strategy, and long-term execution.
