Development of industrial method to estimate the lifetime at very high temperature of HP turbine blades: Experimental and numerical approaches
Thesis work financed by the ANR FIDEA with PSA, Actia and Freescale semiconductors. Thesis aims: - Development of novel experimental tests to study the sintered silver paste’s mechanical properties, employed in die-bonding electronic packaging embedded in the hybrid cars systems. I fulfilled several works such as 1) bulk samples manufacturing (using a close to additive manufacturing technique) development, 2) Mechanical characterization of sintered silver paste specimens, involving both shape and size of porosity 3) Study of thermo mechanical ageing effect on both porosity and mechanical properties.
