Mobilize the ingenuity of nature and the younger generations to the benefit of partner businesses in order to challenge their impact and activate innovative solutions for a common sustainable and "regenerative" future. How ? GOVERNANCE : Design and animation of an Advisory Board and a broader Stakeholders Yearly Assembly inside your company dedicated to sustainability (called Regeneration Board) in the antechamber of the Board /ComEx with equal presence of 2 to 5 internal stakeholders (directors/administrators, key operational people) and 2 or 5 key inspiring external stakeholders. Among them at least 2 young people from our (non profit) association and the company. The young "corporate activists" are supervised by experienced mentors and trained on different fields related to regenerative economy & governance. Active ReGeneration Boards (sometimes called Impact/Mission/Sustainability Board): Brasserie Dupont, Realco, NGroup, Copains.group Bakery, Maison Dandoy, ... LOBBYING : our young members take part to various forums and events were they could meet and talk with business deciders in order to share their vision on the transition challenges related to business activities. Don't hesitate to give them the opportunity to take the floor and bring forward their refreshing and genuine opinions. IMPACT MATERIALITY (Studio ReGeneration): inspiring and impactful "stakeholders panel" with your ecosystem's key players and young people from the association (see posts about our collaboration with Danone Belux) "Acting for and with nature & future generations at the highest level of the companies."

Le Comité de ReGeneration de la Maison Dandoy est composé de 10 personnes (5 internes et 5 externes) dont des représentants de la jeune génération (membres de Corporate ReGeneration) et de la nature. Son objectif est de challenger/inspirer l'entreprise sur les questions d'impact en accord avec la mission de l'entreprise et sa volonté d'adopter les principes de l'économie et du management régénératif.
