I’ve managed and worked with complex competitive challenge projects such as first glass recycling plant from Romania, commercial projects, office building, waste water treatment plant and industrial plants. Moreover, I have implemented them successfully with efficiency and quality. Have expertise in project contracting, cost estimation, planning, coordinating the construction of building structures, negotiations at various levels and well experienced in project management activities and procedures.
