I am passionate about self-hosting services, media, cloud storage, and games on my personal server hardware. I work with AI agents at Workday and am currently pursuing a Master's degree at Georgia Tech, my alma mater.
Software Delivery Services - Interactive Reporting Data Warehouse (IRDW) Modernization - Wrote a Python automation script responsible for analyzing, reporting, and modifying SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages to increase developer throughput by automating manual changes - Reduced technical debt for IRDW applications by increasing security, removing obsolete software, and reducing vulnerabilities - Established file share connectivity between client interfaces via SFTP connections - Worked with Terraform pipelines and AT&T firewalls to enable connectivity between AT&T on-prem servers and Azure cloud Community Engagement - Photographer and Videographer for TDP Media Team - Competed in TDP Face the Floor challenge: collaborated with peers to present idea pertaining to providing 5G and fiber-enabled internet connectivity to large-scale concerts and festivals via pre-existing AT&T cell-on-wheel (COW) deployments - Participated in TDP Patent Challenge: collaborated with peers to present idea pertaining to 5G-Sidelink-enabled smart neighborhood devices aimed to increase security across suburban neighborhoods - Campus Recruiting Efforts -- Participated in recruiting efforts for UT Austin and Georgia Tech - DINE (quarterly diversity lunch event intended to share new perspectives) - Mentor Pillars (mentoring program to connect TDP alums with current TDPs) - TDP DE&I and ATLab -- participate in weekly committee planning calls
- I worked on resolving various bugs in the interface between AT&T U-Verse's Broad Band Network Management System (BBNMS) and Order Management System (OMS). - I worked on Failbox, a system dedicated to monitoring other AT&T systems' exceptions. When the number of exceptions exceeds an acceptable amount (determined by a histogram of exceptions over the previous few weeks), a report is generated and sent out. This reporting system is critical for the maintainers of AT&T's U-Verse products as they help to proactively address any potential systems issues before they become a bigger business problem. - I worked on Failbox's Q Chatbot. Q is an internal messaging system developed by AT&T. The Failbox Q Chatbot performs frequent checks for any abnormal exceptions and provides alerts on an hourly basis. - I participated in the Intern Innovation Challenge -- a hackathon-style challenge comprised of intern teams of roughly 4-6 interns. My team and I created an HBO Max End-of-Year review with additional social features for HBO Max. The End-of-Year Review would provide statistics to each user about their viewing habits, presented in an entertaining way. These would be shareable via social media and the internal social feature we suggested. I helped to develop the backend for this project by setting up and populating the database with generated data (fake names, users, and watch history).
- Provided technical assistance to student and faculty at Georgia Tech - Maintained a network of thousands of devices through data closet checks, residential visits, and appointments - Resolved device issues such as viruses, failure to connect to internet, software installation - Performed Tier 1 Support roles such as phone support and resolving tickets
- Setup residential and commercial surveillance cameras with PoE IP cameras - Configured network cameras to work with enterprise networks, setup remote access - Ran Cat6 cables through building, crimped RJ-45, punched jacks - Ran fiber optic cable through commercial sites - Terminated fiber optic cable heads (LC, ST, SC via Corning Fiber Termination) - Setup access control via Honeywell systems
