I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship education, venture building and organisational development. Over the past years, I have built and supported mission-driven organisations across education, health and technology — from founding ventures to supporting fundraising and growth phases. Most recently, I worked as Team Coach in the entrepreneurship programme “Gründung, Innovation & Führung (GIF)” at Hochschule Bremerhaven, within a chair focused on family business and teampreneurship. In this role, I accompanied and supported more than 100 students in developing real ventures from idea to execution. My background combines experience as a founder, operator and advisor. Having been on both sides — building organisations and supporting others through growth — I have learned that ventures rarely struggle because of ideas, but because structures, focus and capital strategy do not evolve fast enough. Currently, I am available for selected interim engagements supporting early-stage ventures in: • Fundraising & investor readiness • Business model and capital structure refinement • Strategic stabilisation during growth phases I enjoy working closely with founders and teams where learning, execution and long-term thinking come together.
