In this job I lead key projects to drive improvement in Operations cost structures, productivity, assets and safety. I utilize and provide project management expertise to succesfully deliver strategic and tactical operations projects with high complexity. Moreover, I am also responsible for any facility related change and/or expansion projects, lead unit Factory Master Plan from the facility perspective, and lead the Continious Improvement processes and projects.
Developing a Factory Master Plan for the Horst unit, in order to meet the needs and the requirements for the R2 (EU28) and Horst opportunities, developments and growth. This in combination with the lead of the Maintenance & Facilities and EHS organization. In this role I directly report to the factory director.
Responsible for supporting core processes and development in the project management competence section for R2 (EU28)
Internship Lean Sigma Projects Being responsible for Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and conducting time measurements for the Lean Sigma Projects in order to improve the ‘planning’, ‘set-up’ and ‘manufacturing’ processes for Medtronic CardioVascular in Kerkrade.
