• Handling Residence Visa Renewal and Occupational Health Cards all 700+ colleagues • Employee & Labor Relations - Knowledge and implementation of UAE Labor Law • Handles all medical insurance (reimbursements, pre-approvals & inquiries) for colleagues (700+) • Assigned to refill and check expiry of all First Aid Boxes and contents in a weekly basis • In charge of requesting and deleting Medical Insurance and Life Insurance for all staff • Booking airline tickets for colleagues going for vacation, end of service and new joiners. • Handling colleague accommodation complaints, transportations, transfers, spot checks and issues. • Assigned to post sick leave & vacations for payroll purposes • Knowledge about Civil Soft, FBM System, Taleo and Amadeus • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and other trainings as required by L&D Manager. • Sending and preparing out offer letters, starter packs, reference calls and contracts for new hire • Updating all resignation list, warning letters, eligibility of transfer, promotions and rehire • In Charge and main point of contact for Employee Engagement Activities • Updating & maintains all employee records, files, promotions and trainings • Preparing Salary Certificates, Employment and Embassy Letters as per colleagues request • Doing recruitment procedures – posting an opening, closing a position, linking profiles in Taleo • Keeping internal HR system updated with joiners, leavers, personal & employment Information. • Manage the day to day HR issues that arise and be the main point of contact • Prepares and collates slides for monthly team forum. • Supporting and assisting DOHR all other HR projects for colleagues. • Maintain and follow-up on Probation Review File • Process end of service, clearance formalities, change of status and all related to leavers. • Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
