The Team Coordinator adds responsibilities to develop the overall team efficiency by having a clear overview of the daily activities and dividing the workload. The TC identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable high level service to our customers. Therefore, the TC works closely together with the Work Process Specialist, Quality Coordinator and the Logistics specialist. • Coaching/Coordination team members. • Subject matter expert. • Focal point internal and external customers. • Monitor daily activities of the team. • Manage team workload. • Acts as a mentor, provides training and coaching on the job. • First level escalation focal point. • Peak management.
