Responsible for Gimv’s corporate communications — which also covers investor relations in close support of the CFO — as well as Gimv's sustainability agenda. It is about managing the communication strategy, media and stakeholder engagement, alongside ESGC (Environment, Social, Governance & Cybersecurity) strategy and reporting.
- work together with our leadership team to further develop and protect the quality and consistency of Gimv’s corporate positioning, - assist and support our great investment teams in their marketing and communication activities - continue to develop, coordinate and facilitate our sustainability journey (as a company and an investor)
Part of the Gimv Legal team Within the Gimv Compliance & ESG Office under the direct supervision of our CEO, CFO, CLO-Secretary General, responsible for: - managing the compliance operations at Gimv - coordinating the ESG strategy of Gimv and facilitating the interaction on ESG between all involved actors, both within Gimv (investment teams, ExCo, Board of Directors) and outside of Gimv (stakeholders) Within the Legal team together with and under the supervision of the CLO-Secretary General responsible for the follow-up of all corporate legal matters within Gimv as well as the coordination of the Gimv Legal Support Team
