MBA Candidate @ Michigan Ross | Product | BizOps | Venture Building

Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States

About

I’m a full-time MBA candidate at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with 7+ years of experience building and scaling products through strategy, operations, and data-driven execution across various stages of the business lifecycle. Most recently, I worked in Global Strategy and Operations at Klook, a Hong Kong-based travel unicorn with US$1.03B in venture funding, where I led the creation of Klook's Merchant Action Center and drove a full frontend (product page) + backend (product management system) revamp of Klook Tours (accounts for 30%+ of company's ARR). Before Klook, I built a diverse foundation across consulting, strategy and ops, and innovation. I led Strategic Partnerships at Taiwan Startup Stadium, Taiwan’s first and largest international startup ecosystem builder, and built the Corporate Innovation Advisory practice at Everiii, Taiwan's pioneer in entrepreneurship consulting. I began my career as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Deloitte and also spent time in Global Operations Strategy at Dell. Born in Taiwan and raised in Southeast Asia, I've been lucky enough to have explored various cultures and engaged with peers of diverse backgrounds (65+ countries!) at a young age. I’m a proud Penn State alumnus (WE ARE!) who's now also a proud Michigan Wolverine (Go Blue!), and I'm endlessly passionate about tech innovation, startup mentorship, and sports. These days, my curiosity pulls me toward exploring new opportunities in XR, mobility, sports tech, real estate, and more. When I’m not building or brainstorming, you’ll probably find me at the gym or watching sports, whether that's college football, basketball, baseball, or golf. If you’d like to connect, collaborate, or simply talk about tech and startups, let's chat!
