As Audit Manager at Deloitte France, I led audit engagements for French and US-listed public companies, including a NASDAQ IPO and Buy-Side Due Diligences (Transaction Services). I operated across French GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP, and US SOX, managing teams of 4 to 15. Technical focuses included Price Purchase Allocation, Revenue Recognition, and R&D capitalization.
Selected for Deloitte's Global Deployment Program, I spent two years in San Francisco auditing US public and private companies, including IPO on a US stock exchange.
