Leading global implementations for enterprise clients across 50+ countries. I work across cross-functional teams to deliver complex global deployments, navigating challenges end-to-end and keeping international workstreams aligned in fast-moving environments. With my teams, we've successfully delivered some of Papaya’s largest and most complex deployments to date, including one of the company’s most significant global payroll implementations at enterprise scale. Alongside delivery, I focus heavily on building strong client relationships and trust, contributing to long-term partnerships and account growth. Beyond execution, I strongly value the human side of leadership. Building close relationships with teams, creating a collaborative environment, and providing the support people need to perform at their best, especially under pressure.
Led end-to-end implementations for small to mid-sized clients across EMEA, coordinating multi-country payroll deployments involving both ADP local teams and external payroll providers. I worked closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align implementation processes, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple countries and workstreams. In fast-paced environments, I was responsible for driving projects forward, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong coordination between clients, internal teams, and external partners. Alongside project execution, I focused heavily on client relationship management. Building trust, monitoring satisfaction, and ensuring a high-quality delivery experience throughout the implementation lifecycle. I also played a key role in ensuring smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing operations by coordinating effective handovers with Client Services teams and supporting long-term client success.
In the frame of CHLOE global project (Consumer HealthCare business unit Standalone) my role was essentially focused on the coordination and alignment of the HR and communication timelines/processes between the different regions (Europe, CIS, LATAM, AMEA) and in parallel of another project (NBM) covering 50 countries. For Europe, I was also providing an overall support to the HRBP for 15 countries in the route of the new business model. Working on diverse processes such as: communication with employees, social process, hiring process through follow up, material/report preparation, qualitative tracking.
My main role was to bring an overall support to the Country General Manager. I assisted her for her speeches, presentations, communications and meetings. Gathering and providing the relevant information through planning, adaptation and business analysis. I was involved in the Country Governance and in charge of the main event's coordination, minutes and follow-up such as Country Councils, TownHalls, Simplification Board, audits and crisis management. In addition, I had a project management role within the Consumer HealthCare Business Unit, at business/marketing/value and purposes perspective. My role was to carry out the development of the company via market analysis, network development, events organisation and setting up of institution and business partnerships in France and Luxembourg. In addition I acted as a consultant specialized in diversification investment (real-estate tax exemption especially): - Definition of the customers’ financial situation to know their projects - Preparation of a complete study and presentation of customized solutions - Establishment of dossiers and regular customer follow-up in the long term
