As a seasoned compliance and risk officer, I specialize in designing and implementing risk-based CDD/KYC frameworks, automating due diligence processes, and ensuring operational excellence in client and transaction screening (ODD). My advisory work spans key regulatory domains including AML-ATF, Anti-Corruption & Bribery legislation, HIPAA, and Solvency II. With a strong focus on enhancing legal, economic, and operational risk awareness across organizations, I’ve contributed to strategic decision-making as part of deal teams in mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments.
