Since the acquisition of Loders Croklaan by Bunge, effective 1 March 2018, Bunge has merged its B2B Oils business with the Loders Croklaan activities, forming a fully integrated player serving all segments of the food market. As CFO and member of the leadership team, I am giving strategic financial leadership in planning, developing, organizing, directing and evaluating the organization’s financial function and performance for Bunge’s global B2B Oils Business (total annual turnover approx. USD 4bio).
As CFO of the IOI Loders Croklaan Group (revenue €1.6Bio I led various strategic initiatives incl. M&A, was responsible for implementing new ERP solutions (SAP BCS, BW), set up new financing structure, finance talent management, and led various profitability improvement projects. In 2017 and 2018 I led the divestment process of 70% shares to Bunge for $946mio.
As Finance Director for region Europe (€ 700Mio turnover), I was responsible for all finance functions plus IT and legal. I led the Business Excellence project which eliminated > € 10Mio costs, and made significant improvements to the Risk management function (commodity price and currency management) Other key achievements: - Transformation of the finance team into a more business oriented structure with leverage of functional competencies (matrix) - Implement standards to comply with new IFRS requirements incl. new SAP functionality

In 2007 assigned as Senior Project Manager for restructuring of Central Europe Cluster: overall responsibility for transferring the cluster organization into two new organizations, coordinated the individual project teams (HRM, Finance, Business Management & Planning, Sales, Logistics, Service, Marketing) and led the transformation process in successful way.
