He built up a Distribution-Center in Luxemburg and then moved to Stuttgart/Germany. After 10 years cosmetics experience, he founded 1989 with his partner Paul Donders the commercial branch of xpand in Dortmund, a consulting firm, still existing today. Parallel to this business he moved as member of the Management Team to the Gillette Cosmetics Division Jafra Cosmetics in Munich, thus entering the world of Direct Selling. After the Management Buy Out of Jafra Cosmetics, he took over the General Management of the Dutch subsidiary. 2009 - 2014, he lived a mix of a 2 days engagement as Managing Director of the BUTTING Academy in Lower Saxony, and being at the same time Co-Owner of the Dutch Persolog Company, distributing personnel development and learning tools. Besides, he worked as independant Consultant, Trainer and Coach.
