I build and operationalize ideas in complex environments, from renewable energy investment structures to cross-border humanitarian initiatives. At HEP KVG, I work at the intersection of strategy, investment execution, and governance for international renewable energy projects. My work includes fund structuring, C-level reporting, board preparation, stakeholder coordination, and turning complex analyses into decision-ready recommendations. In 2022, I co-founded Youth Pro Ukraine, an award-winning European youth-led humanitarian organization built from scratch under crisis conditions. We coordinated 90+ evacuations from Ukraine, supported the reopening of 49 schools, organized 30+ aid transports, raised €120k+ in donations and delivered nearly 2,000 Christmas gifts to affected families. I am especially interested in venture building, investment strategy, renewable energy investments, AI-enabled workflows, market research, and building scalable initiatives from scratch. Currently completing an M.Sc. in Financial Management & Accounting at NORDAKADEMIE Hamburg.
- Contributed from day one to the successful launch of the first ELTIF invested 100% in photovoltaics - Worked on the concept of a €500M–€1B institutional fund (US/Canada focus) together with law firms, the depositary, and a placement agent; project paused after the 2024 US election due to shifting market and regulatory conditions around the Inflation Reduction Act - Coordinate cross-functional execution across international renewable energy projects (DE, IT, PL, JP, US, CA), connecting legal, finance, technical, and regulatory workstreams - Own weekly C-level reporting on milestones, costs, opportunities, risks, and next steps for major fund initiatives - Prepare every major supervisory board decision and the annual corporate strategy as a central interface between the management board and operational teams - Built the BPMN-based process architecture and governance handbook for the entire Investments group from scratch - Head Coach of the company-wide values program "DNA" — designed roll-out and built the internal coaching infrastructure in Hamburg
